REQUIREMENTS:
- No proof of insurance required: No proof of insurance, income or immigration status will be required. All services are FREE to ALL.
- Availability limited: Walk-in patients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
- COVID-19 safety: Patients experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should cancel their appointment, stay home and contact lifebridgeway@gmail.com to let us know.
- Patients must be age 8 or older: No childcare will be provided for kids of patients during their time at the dental clinic.
- Total time at the clinic will vary: Patients should plan to arrive with plenty of time for check-in, treatment, and check-out procedures. Please also dress for the weather and be prepared to wait in line if needed. We promise it will be worth your time and we are excited to serve you!
- Developmental disabilities: We are willing to treat patients with developmental disabilities to the best of our abilities.
- We reserve the right not to treat if patients… are deemed unsafe to treat by our providers, or make inappropriate treatment requests or behavior.
