SERVING AS A TEAM
Empowering you to make a difference in the mission of Jesus
For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” (Mark 10:45)
Pastor Enrique
Head Pastor
Pastor Enrique serves as the pastor of LifeBridge Church and is deeply committed to supporting the LifeBridge movement. He believes that when people come together with a shared heart for the gospel, it truly makes a difference. Pastor Enrique is passionate about walking alongside others as they serve and share the Good News of Jesus Christ. Outside of ministry, he enjoys trying new foods and exploring new places, making meaningful, lasting memories with his wife, Inez, and their son.
Inez
Small Groups Leader
Inez has a deep love for ministry and a genuine heart for serving wherever there is a need. She especially enjoys supporting areas such as worship, hospitality, outreach, and intentionally connecting with others. In this season, Inez serves as the Small Groups Leader and is excited to create space for deeper relationships, meaningful conversations, and walking alongside others as they grow through Scripture and their faith. When she’s not serving in her role, Inez enjoys trying new experiences, experimenting with new recipes, and spending quality time with her husband and son.
Marissa
Communications Director
Marissa serves as LifeBridge’s Communications Director, helping keep the church family connected to what’s happening and where God is at work. If something is going on at LifeBridge, there’s a good chance Marissa has already shared it. She loves Jesus and is passionate about connecting others to Him, especially through sharing how He has transformed her life over the past 11 years. One of her favorite ways to encounter God is through deep, meaningful worship songs—the kind that settle the heart and speak truth in quiet ways. Outside of communications, Marissa loves spending time with her husband, Jean, and their son, Bentley, enjoying the outdoors, traveling when she can, being happily found snuggling a baby (or two) whenever the opportunity arises, and remaining deeply committed to her ongoing (and very serious) search for the best coffee in town.
Jessie
Evangelism Director
Jessie has been a dedicated part of the LifeBridge Church family since its founding in 2020. Serving as a Deacon, Sabbath School teacher, and member of the Finance Board, he is passionate about strengthening the family unit and serving both parents and children in the community. A lifelong Washington resident, Jessie lives in Tacoma with his wife, Amanda, and their daughter, Priscilla. Out of his church duties, he owns Puget Sound Insurance in Puyallup. When he isn’t working or serving, you can usually find him outdoors-hiking, camping, backpacking, or traveling with friends. His favorite scripture is John 15, reminding us of the importance of staying connected to the True Vine.

Her career has been spent serving people who are facing particularly difficult spiritual crises and major life transitions. She, her husband Jessie, and their daughter Priscilla love doing anything active, most especially anything outdoors.

When he’s not making music, Carl enjoys spending time in nature, attending sporting events, and helping others find their place at LifeBridge, where he sees a strong and thriving community. Known for his constant smile, Carl is always ready to share a laugh—often through a well-timed joke or a funny story.
