Important information:
- Availability Limited: Walk-in patients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Total time at the clinic will vary: Patients should plan to arrive early with plenty of time for check-in, treatment, and check-out procedures. Be prepared to stay all day if necessary and bring anything you may need to have with you including food/snack. Please also dress for the weather and be prepared to wait in line if needed. We promise it will be worth your time and we are excited to serve you!
- We will not provide medications
- No Proof of Insurance Required: No proof of insurance, income or immigration status will be required. All services are FREE to ALL.
- Developmental Disabilities: We are unable to treat patients with developmental disabilities at this time.
- Pregnant Patients: If a patient is pregnant, she needs to bring a consent to treat from her doctor.
- We reserve the right not to treat if Patients… are not able to become numb, have an active infection, deemed unsafe to treat by our providers, or make inappropriate treatment requests, or behavior
- Come Early! Your pre-registration does NOT guarantee your spot in line. Treatment is still first come first serve, but will keep you up to date of the latest clinic details and in the event of any last minute changes!
